The recent parliamentary elections in Armenia were held with numerous difficulties and serious violations, said Ella Pamfilova, chairwoman of Russia’s Central Election Commission.
According to her, two members of Russia’s Central Election Commission, as well as 24 members of regional election commissions, worked as observers at the elections in Armenia.
“[They] all performed brilliantly, wonderfully, together. The work was not easy: from early morning to late evening. There were many difficulties, and, let us be honest, many violations. Serious violations at that,” Pamfilova noted during the session.
