Armenia’s statements about Russian peacekeepers are attempts to falsify facts, says Russia MFA spox

Armenia’s statements that Russian peacemakers did not protect the Nagorno Karabakh population contradict reality, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said in a press briefing on Friday.

“We see these statements. We consider them destructive, and, most importantly, we believe that they contradict reality. These are attempts to falsify facts in order to shed responsibility,” she said.
