Artsakh HRD: At least 2 people killed, 11 injured

There are many casualties and injured among the civilian population, including children.

Artsakh Ombudsman Gegham Stepanyan reported that the Azerbaijani attacks killed at least 2 people, including one child, and injured 11, including 8 children.
