Artsakh HRD: There are 25 victims in Artsakh, 2 of whom are civilians 

According to the information received from the Stepanakert’s morgue, as of 20:00, there are 25 victims as a result of the full-fledged terroristic attack by Azerbaijan, among whom 2 are civilians, Gegham Stepanyan wrote on X.

Civilian population from 6 communities of Artsakh (Khramort, Khnabad, Sarnaghpyiour, Nakhichevanik, Machkalashen, Chankatagh) have been evacuated, Artsakh Ombudsman Gegham Stepanyan reported.
