Attempts to build dividing lines in South Caucasus will fail, Aliyev says

Attempts to create dividing lines in the South Caucasus will fail, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said on Wednesday, according to Azerbaijani media reports.

“Azerbaijan has strategic partnership agreements with many countries. Meanwhile, Armenia, due to its aggression and occupation, has lost the opportunity to be a transit country,” he said.
