Azerbaijan occupied 200 square kilometers of the territory of the Republic of Armenia, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said at the meeting in the National Assembly on Friday.

“There are Armenian territories that have been under the control of Azerbaijan since the 1990s. We have new examples as well,” Mirzoyan said.

He emphasized that it is important to understand under which government there was a loss of sovereignty and under which there was strengthening.

According to Mirzoyan, it is necessary to pay attention to weapons and arms to see under whom Armenia was more sovereign or, at least, took visible steps towards strengthening its sovereignty.
