Azerbaijani media report arrest of Arkady Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan and David Ishkhanyan

Azerbaijani media report that former Presidents of the Republic of Artsakh Arkady Ghukasyan and Bako Sahakyan as well as Chair of the Artsakh National Assembly David Ishkhanyan have been arrested.

According to the sources, they are currently being transported to Baku.
