Belarus’ decision to ban Armenian brandy imports not related to Yerevan-based ARARAT factory

Zaruhi Saribekyan, Communications Manager at the Yerevan Brandy Company, clarified the information regarding the ban on the import of the products of the Ararat Brandy Factory by Belarus.

“Yesterday evening, the decision of the Gomel Regional Center of Hygiene, Epidemiology and Public Health was published in the Belarusian media, according to which the Ministry of Health of Belarus bans the import of the products of the Ararat Brandy Factory.

The decision of the Ministry of Health of Belarus refers to Ararat Brandy Factory, a brandy factory located in the city of Ararat, which is not related to the Yerevan Brandy Factory and the ARARAT brandy produced by that company,” she said on Facebook.
