Body of one of the founders and CEO found at office of Bonus supermarket chain

Another mysterious and tragic incident has occurred in Yerevan. Around 2:30 a.m., the Yerevan Criminal Police Department of the RA Police Central Criminal Police Department and the Shengavit division of the RA Police community police received operational information that a man’s body had been found at the address 11th Street, 1/23, Nerkin Shengavit, Shamshyan. com reports.

A criminal case has been opened by the investigative department over the incident.

According to the website, the deceased was 59-year-old Yerevan resident Andranik M., who was one of the founders and the CEO of Bonus, a supermarket chain well known in Armenia.

Following the death of the supermarket chain’s CEO, a criminal case has been initiated under Part 1 of Article 162 of the RA Criminal Code (incitement to suicide). A forensic medical examination has been ordered.
