Byurakn Ishkhanyan: Situation in Artsakh will be resolved when there is a change of power in Armenia
Protests are being actively organized in Denmark to raise awareness about the situation in Artsakh. Next week, the protest will be held in front of the Armenian Embassy in Stockholm, Danish writer of Armenian origin Byurakn Ishkhanyan said in a live broadcast of Alpha Newsroom.
“The Armenian community in Denmark is very small, but we can say that it is of high quality, because when there is a need, it can self-organize very quickly. The protest was addressed to the European Union, we demanded to take steps to open the Lachin corridor and impose sanctions against Azerbaijan. We had been standing on the street and informing the Danes passing by about the situation in Artsakh,” Byurakn Ishkhanyan said.
According to her, the situation will be resolved only when there is a change of power in Armenia.
“I think that the most correct decision at the moment is a change of power in Armenia, we need to change the negotiator. We are confronted with the fact that the current government does not represent our interests,” she noted.
