Catherine Colonna: France is ready to send aid to Artsakh 

French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna expressed readiness to send aid to Artsakh.

“All my thoughts tonight are about the victims of the explosion at the fuel depot in Nagorno-Karabakh. France is ready to send emergency assistance. Azerbaijan must provide immediate access to humanitarian aid,” Colonna said on her X account.
