David Babayan: No agreement yet with Azerbaijan on guarantees or amnesty

David Babayan, Adviser to Artsakh President, said that no agreement with Azerbaijan on guarantees or amnesty had been reached, Reuters reported.

“These questions must still be resolved,” David Babayan told Reuters. “There are no concrete results yet.”
