ECHR handed over information about Rashid Beglaryan to the Armenian side

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) handed over information about the kidnapped Rashid Beglaryan to the Armenian side, Press Secretary of the RA Representative Office for International Legal Affairs Hasmik Samvelyan said in an interview with news.am.

“The deadline to raise objections and express a position is until August 17. The information has been reported to relatives. The criminal article concerns illegal border crossing,” Samvelyan noted.

Recall that Rocked Beglaryan got lost and ended up in a part of Artsakh, now under the control of Azerbaijan. The man was abducted and detained by the Azerbaijani military forces.
