Erwan Konaté coached by Robert Emmiyan sets long jump record

World U20 champion Erwan Konaté has set a French indoor record with an 8.04-meter long jump win at the Meeting Mondeville.

Konaté’s coach is European long jump champion, record holder, and president of the Armenian Athletic Federation, Robert Emmiyan.

“Proud of you and your work. I hope that the beginning of the season and the remaining months will be promising for you and the rest of our athletes,” Robert Emmiyan wrote.
