Event to mark Armenian Genocide’s 109th anniversary held in France’s Sarcelles

On April 28, a solemn ceremony of laying wreaths at the Armenian Genocide Memorial was held in Sarcelles, France, reports the Armenian Embassy in France.
Then, wreaths were laid at the khachkar commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, as well as at the bust of Komitas Vardapet.

The event was attended by French MPs, city authorities, clergymen, and members of the Armenian, Assyrian, Jewish, Alawi, Yazidi, and Kurdish communities.
