Protests in support of Tavush villagers continue around the world.

As the “Tavush for the Homeland” initiative reports, school students in the border villages of Baghanis and Kirants went on strike. The Baghanis school students called on everyone to join the protest.

“The fight against lies and falsifications and in the name of truth and justice continues,” the initiative said in a statement.

The protest took place in the capital of Canada, Ottawa, outside the Armenian Embassy. A group of young people protested against the events in Tavush. They came with banners that read, “Tavush for the Homeland”.

At the moment, the Yerevan-Gyumri road, which is an alternative highway between Armenia and Georgia, is also blocked. Citizens express their support for their compatriots who fight against the surrender of the Armenian territories of Tavush.
