“We made our choice so that the Lord may preserve our statehood”: Catholicos Garegin II

We made our choice with a prayer that the Lord may preserve Armenian statehood unshakeable, bless our people to overcome heavy trials and to build a strong, stable, secure and prosperous country. This was said by Garegin II, Catholicos of All Armenians, after voting at station No. 14/11 in Echmiadzin.

“May the Lord be the helper and guardian of the Armenian people. May the love, grace and blessing of the Lord be with us and with all the world, today and always. Amen,” the Catholicos said.
