French Ambassador to Armenia: Refugees from Nagorno-Karabakh have the right to return to their homes

Refugees from Nagorno-Karabakh have rights and, above all, the right to return to their homes, which is reaffirmed by the International Court of Justice in its Order of November 17, 2023, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Armenia Olivier Decottignies said on X.

“Together with the Human Rights Defender, we discussed the situation of refugees in Armenia,” the ambassador added.
