Gohar Ghumashyan files complaint with Anti-Corruption Committee: mayor Avinyan gifted a camera to a citizen

Goar Gumashyan, a member of the Strong Armenia party, called in a Facebook post on Daniel Ioannisyan, a representative of the Independent Observer NGO, and on the Anti-Corruption Committee to pay attention to the fact of Yerevan mayor Tigran Avinyan gifting a camera to a citizen, pointing to double standards in the authorities’ approach to the issue of “pre-election bribes.”
