The Administrative Court of Armenia, chaired by Judge Artur Avagyan, upheld a lawsuit filed by Tashir Capital against the government.

The court recognized the company’s right, until May 25, 2026, to dispose of 70% of the shares of Electric Networks of Armenia under an agreed procedure. The claimant argued that it had been deprived of the opportunity to present its position and conduct negotiations, as the three-month response period had been calculated incorrectly. The court agreed that the company’s property rights had been disproportionately restricted.

As part of the case, the court also partially granted a motion for interim measures, temporarily suspending the three-month deadline for the sale of the shares. The ruling allows Tashir Capital to negotiate with the government and conclude a deal by mutual agreement.
