Great potential in agriculture between Armenia and Iran: Papoyan

Gevorg Papoyan, Armenia’s Minister of Economy, stated that there is great potential for cooperation with Iran in the agricultural sector.

During a meeting with Akbar Fathi, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Iran, in Almaty, held as part of a session of the EAEU Council on Agro-Industrial Policy, he noted Armenia’s interest in expanding the presence of competitive fruits, vegetables, processed products, and dried fruits on the Iranian market, as well as in developing supplies of quality Iranian products to Armenia.
