Hay Dat Committee: how will technical projects strengthen Armenia’s security without a clear stance on regional aggression?

The European Office of the ARF’s Hay Dat Committee issued a statement regarding the European Union–Armenia summit.

“The Joint Declaration highlights three key areas of cooperation: energy, connectivity, and digital infrastructure.

While these economic pillars may be vital for long-term growth if implemented strategically and paired with domestic reforms, the Hay Dat European Office raises the question: how will these technical projects strengthen Armenia’s immediate security if they are not accompanied by a clear stance against regional aggression?” the statement reads.
