Huge banner featuring Samvel Karapetyan appears on Yerevan’s Cascade

This morning, a large banner depicting philanthropist and businessman Samvel Karapetyan—recently arrested in Yerevan—was hung atop the Cascade, Yerevan’s architectural-monumental complex. The banner calls for Karapetyan’s release.

Today, July 4 at 18:00 p.m., a procession will begin from “Seasons” (“Malibu”) Park on Mashtots Avenue in Yerevan. Supporters will march to the site of Karapetyan’s illegal detention to demand his release.
