‘I am the person who can guide the country out of crisis’: Robert Kocharyan

Armenia’s second president, Robert Kocharyan, said in an interview with several Armenian media outlets that he is the person capable of leading the country out of crisis.

“I became the leading figure in Karabakh at a time when more than 50% of Karabakh territories were lost. People had no hope. I took responsibility and led the country out of this situation, crowning it with victory. My past shows that I know how to manage effectively in times of crisis. I declare that I am the person who can solve these issues,” Kocharyan said.
