Artsakh Armenians staged a protest outside the government building. They demand that the authorities not only restore but also timely pay the promised aid of 40+10 thousand dram.

“I’ve lived in Shushi since 1996, built a home and a life there. Where am I now—can you tell me? I don’t understand. We have problems with everything. In Baku, we had a three-room house. We came to Shushi and built a new home again,” said our interviewee, Nora Melkumyan.
