ICRC team visits Armenian detainees held in Azerbaijan

The staff of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited Armenian detainees held in Azerbaijan late in February, ICRC Armenia representative Zara Amatuni told Sputnik Armenia.

The visit followed standard Red Cross procedures, and detainees were given the opportunity to contact their families.
