ICRC team visits Armenian prisoners held in Baku

In October, the team of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) again visited military and political leaders of Artsakh held illegally in Baku, ICRC Communications Manager Zara Amatuni reported.

The ICRC team had individual meetings with the detainees, they were given the opportunity to contact their loved ones.
