ICRC visits all Armenians detained in Azerbaijan

The International Committee of the Red Cross visited all Armenians detained in Azerbaijan, Zara Amatuni, communication program manager of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Armenia, told the media.

Among them were Vagif Khachatryan, who was abducted from the illegal Hakari checkpoint, and Gagik Voskanyan, a reservist who was captured in August.

The representatives of the Red Cross focused on the issues related to the conditions of detention of the persons, their health condition, about which, however, the Armenian office of the committee cannot provide details.
