If there is a political decision, an article will be found: Agnessa Khamoyan on the search at Levon Kocharyan’s home

The searches carried out at the homes of Robert Kocharyan, second President of Armenia, his son Levon Kocharyan, and related companies are the result of a political decision and lack any legal grounds. This was stated by Agnessa Khamoyan, MP of the “Armenia” faction, in comments to journalists.

“I don’t know under what case this is happening. As they used to say during the era of Stalinist repression, ‘if there is a person, an article will be found.’ That is, when there is a political decision, a decision on political persecution, an article will definitely be found,” the MP noted.
