Ilham Aliyev refuses to receive two politicians because of their “pro-Armenian” position

As Sputnik Armenia reports, the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev refused to meet with the OSCE chairman Andrzej Kasprzyk and the Belgian Foreign Minister Hadja Labib because of their “pro-Armenian” position.

Kasprzyk visited Yerevan on August 23 and was supposed to leave for Baku, so was Labib, who arrived in the South Caucasus as part of her regional visit.
