Interior Ministry reports 14 detainees 

Fourteen citizens have been detained on the road leading to Kirants village, Interior Ministry spokesperson Narek Sargsyan said. 

Earlier, it was reported that the situation in Kirants is tense, with “red berets” using brute force against people.

The police continue to block the road to Kirants from both sides. The situation on the closed road periodically flares up as the police prohibit MPs and journalists from entering the village.
