Investigative Committee initiates criminal proceedings regarding incident at Nor Nork district administration office

Criminal proceedings have been launched over the incident that took place today at the office of the head of the Nor Nork administrative district. The case has been filed under paragraphs 1 and 5 of Part 2 of Article 195 of the Criminal Code (physical violence committed by a group of persons), Kima Avdalyan, the spokesperson of the Investigative Committee, reports.

As reported earlier, a scandalous incident took place this morning at the Nor Nork district administration office. Tigran Ter-Margaryan, the head of the Nor Nork administrative district, along with other employees, brutally beat activist Artur Chakhoyan.
