Investigative Committee of Armenia publishes death toll from 44-day war

The Investigative Committee of Armenia has published the death toll from the 44-day war.

“As a result of the 2020 44-day war, 3,833 people were killed, of whom 3,755 were servicemen and 78 were civilians.

The whereabouts of 191 people remain unknown, of whom 172 are servicemen and 19 are civilians,” the statement said.

As a reminder, a few days earlier, President Vahagn Khachaturyan stated in Prague that the death toll from the 44-day war was 4,800 people.
