Iran facilitates entry of vehicles from Armenia

Iran has launched an initiative to facilitate the entry of vehicles from Armenia, Armenian Business Portal reports, citing Tehran Times.

It is noted that now Armenian citizens will be able to obtain Carnet de Passages, a transit document for vehicles, allowing them to enter the country with minimal delay.

The initiative is aimed at reducing customs procedures and expediting cross-border travel, which should strengthen the tourist flow between Iran and neighboring countries.
