Julia Sedefdjian’s restaurant Baieta honored with Michelin star again

Chef Julia Sedefdjian’s restaurant Baieta in Paris has once again been honored with a Michelin star, Armenian Assembly reports.

In 2016, 21-year-old French with Armenian roots Julia Sedefdjian became the youngest chef in France. In 2018, Julia opened her own restaurant, Baieta, in Paris.

A Michelin star is like an Academy Award in gastronomy. From 1900 until today, the Michelin Guide has been the “gold standard” for haute cuisine.
