Junior dukendo athletes win 18 medals at World Championship

Junior athletes of the Dukendo Federation of Armenia won 2 gold, 2 silver and 14 bronze medals at the ISKA (International Association of Sports Karate) World Championship held in Munich, Germany, in late October.

12 of the 18 athletes who participated in the World Championship became medalists. In the team competition, Armenian athletes ranked 15th, with representatives only among juniors.

Athletes from 37 countries participated in the World Championship, with Armenia taking part for the first time.
