Kremlin does not see Baku as a venue for talks with Kyiv: Dmitry Peskov

Moscow does not consider Azerbaijan a venue for negotiations on Ukraine. Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin’s spokesman, said Russia does not see Baku as a possible site for settling the conflict.

Peskov’s statement came in response to Zelensky’s proposal to use Baku as a negotiating venue.
