Landmarks in Greece and Uruguay lit in colors of Armenian flag for 35th anniversary of independence of RA

On the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Armenia, public buildings and sites in a number of Greek cities will be lit in the colors of the tricolor from September 21 to 29. This was reported by the Armenian Embassy in Greece.

The city hall of Heraklion, the administrative center of the island of Crete, was also lit in the colors of the Armenian flag on September 21.

In Montevideo, the capital of Uruguay, as well as in the cities of Punta del Este and Florida, symbolic buildings were lit in the colors of the Armenian flag.
