Levon Asatryan claims bronze at World Veterans Freestyle Wrestling Championship

Armenian wrestler Levon Asatryan (78 kg) secured bronze at the 2025 World Veterans Freestyle Wrestling Championship held in Budapest from October 7 to 12, Sportaran reports.
In the bronze medal bout, Asatryan defeated Bulgaria’s Gyunay Gunev 8-4.
This marks Armenia’s second bronze medal in the championship. Previously, Armen Karapetyan (70 kg) claimed a confident victory over Georgia’s Zviad Gvilava.
