“Like in a big family”: Chaika on Russia-Armenia relations

Russian-Armenian relations right now are “like in a big family,” where things happen differently at different times, said Igor Chaika, head of Rossotrudnichestvo.

“Normal relations, like in a big family, it varies,” he noted, commenting on the state of bilateral dialogue between Yerevan and Moscow.
