The Anti-Corruption Committee is holding hearings in the case of Gevorg Hamoyan, a supporter of the Strong Armenia party, who is accused of gifting animals to voters in violation of the ban on charitable activities. The case concerns the long-standing work of the “Join, Armenians” initiative.

Since 2023, the project has provided assistance to displaced persons from Artsakh, supplying them with livestock and poultry. The majority of recipients were not eligible to participate in the elections, and Hamoyan himself was not a party campaigner.
