Luis Moreno Ocampo: We cannot accept a new Armenian genocide in 2023

Luis Moreno Ocampo, the former prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, published a video on his X (Twitter) page, presenting the current situation in Artsakh.

“Armenia is calling on the United Nations Security Council to address the escalating humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh that has been under a blockade for eight months.

In December, Azerbaijan closed the only highway connecting the region, severely restricting the movement of food, medication and other supplies for approximately 120,000 citizens. Since the collapse of the Soviet Union, Armenia and Azerbaijan have fought multiple wars over territory, the most recent of which unfolded in 2020.

We cannot accept a new Armenian genocide in 2023,” the publication says.
