Mandatory health insurance in effect in four EAEU countries

The Eurasian Economic Commission is focusing attention on developing the mandatory health insurance system for workers in EAEU countries.

Today, mandatory health insurance is in effect in Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia, providing access to emergency care and other medical services.

Chingiz Sarybayev, head of the labor resources department at the EEC’s Department of Labor Migration and Social Protection, spoke in more detail about support measures and social protection for workers.
