Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan does not participate in meeting of CIS Defense Ministers Council

Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan did not travel to Tula to participate in the meeting, Armenian Ministry of Defense spokesperson Aram Torosyan said in response to a question about the participation of Armenia in the meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of CIS countries.

Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported the participation of an Armenian delegation in the meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of CIS countries held in Tula.
