Mirzoyan to not participate in CIS meeting in Minsk

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will not attend the meeting of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers to be held in Minsk, Belarus, said Ani Badalyan, the spokesperson of the Armenian Foreign Ministry.

“Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will not participate in the session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of CIS member states in Minsk on April 12,” Badalyan said in response to Armenpress’ inquiry, without mentioning the reasons for declining to attend the meeting.
