National Assembly of Artsakh cannot be dissolved, it has no such right: Seyran Hayrapetyan

Seyran Hayrapetyan, Member of the National Assembly of Artsakh, stated that the parliament cannot be dissolved and must be preserved as a legitimate state institution.

“The National Assembly of Artsakh cannot be dissolved, it has no such right, we are determined to preserve it and will do everything possible to that end,” he noted.

According to Hayrapetyan, the factions are constructively minded, and should a suitable candidate emerge, they are ready to elect a new Speaker of the National Assembly.
