The supply of natural gas to Armenia will be temporarily halted due to scheduled maintenance and repair works on Russian territory, CJSC Gazprom Armenia reports.

“In connection with comprehensive scheduled maintenance and repair works on the Severny Kavkaz–Zakavkazye (North Caucasus–Transcaucasia) main gas pipeline on the territory of the Russian Federation, the supply of natural gas to Armenia via this pipeline will be temporarily halted from September 15 to 25.

During this period, uninterrupted and reliable gas supply to consumers in the republic will be ensured without restrictions, through domestic reserves and additional volumes of natural gas supplied from the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI),” the statement said.
