New community head elected in Parakar

On October 7, the Council of Elders of the Parakar community elected a new head. The sole candidate, Onik Akhverdyan, representing the “Unity” bloc, was chosen for the position.

At the start of the session, attendees observed a moment of silence in memory of the slain community leader, Volodya Grigoryan.
