New footage from Gyumri City Hall

The National Security Service of Armenia is carrying out special operations at Gyumri City Hall. Police have blocked the entrance to the building and are preventing staff from entering or exiting.

Supporters of Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan have gathered at the entrance to the municipality. Water cannons have been deployed to block access to the square. Police forces have also been stationed around the city hall.
