One person arrested in connection with death of Armenian soldier Smbat Kirakosyan – Investigative Committee

One person has been arrested in connection with the death of Armenian soldier Smbat Kirakosyan, spokesperson for Armenia’s Investigative Committee Kima Avdalyan announced on social media.

According to her, the detainee is charged with negligently driving the soldier to suicide.
